GUIDED SELF STUDY?
GUIDED SELF STUDY is a part of the mmmembership
each month a new self study is released covering FOUR MODALITIES (heart, mind, soma, soul). this coursework is designed for a mmmember to process on their own, in their own time.
one week per modality is the suggested pace.
this is the deep work. the work that's sacred, and just your own. this time is where you strengthen your magic.

WHEN IS A GOOD TIME TO JOIN?
anytime! the decision to invest in yourself as a human being and a mover is always a good time and should be anytime that YOU decide is right. a good time to join would be at the first of every month so you can make use of the month’s materials, but all materials are available to you at time of sign up.
CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE AT ANY TIME?
yes, you can unsubscribe at anytime.

yes! to do this, please cancel your membership and sign up again once you’re ready.
WHAT IF I MISS A LIVE CLASS?
take it later! (or take it again if you did attend) all virtual class will be uploaded within 24 hours of the class time and will live on the site for the remainder of the month.
WHAT IF I MISS A BI-MONTHLY GROUP CHECK IN?
if you miss a check in, no worries, we’ll see you at the next one! bi-monthly check in’s are not recorded so all members feel safe and empowered in their sharing. in honor of this time, that means if you miss just join us for the follow up session.

“mmmethod is the culmination of the last eight years as i’ve engaged in class theory, process, direction of GEOMETRY, my yoga training, and my own movement research. this approach is the result of my own personal technique in relation to movement inquisition and self exploration. the work embodies not only a unique opportunity for growth as a dancer, but offers a life ethos rich with expansion and curiosity”.
